The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person deemed to be acting inappropriately, violating event rules, or posing a safety risk, at their sole discretion.

No outside food or beverages will be allowed on the premises

No weapons of any sort will be allowed on the property

Refund Policy

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for late arrival, non-attendance, or change of personal circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by the organisers, ticket holders will be notified and refund/credit options will be communicated.

Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for one person only.

Tickets are valid only for the date and venue stated on the ticket.

Entry will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket barcode/QR code.

Liability Disclaimer

Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk.

The organisers, venue, sponsors, and staff will not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, illness, or death unless caused by gross negligence.
