Game lengths:

Under 11          = 30 minutes,
Age 10-14      = 35 minutes,
Age 14-18  = 45 minutes,
Open (14+)  = 45 minutes

Team Sizes:

Indoor Hockey: 6 on Court, Max 2 Reserves

Indoor Soccer: 5 on Court, Max 2 Reserves

Handball : 7 on Court, Max 2 Reserves
